Product Storage & Warm Weather Shipping
Can warm temperatures during shipping affect my product?
We understand concerns about products being shipped during the summer months or being exposed to warm temperatures while in transit. Our products are formulated to withstand normal shipping conditions, and temporary exposure to elevated temperatures during delivery should not affect their safety, quality, or effectiveness.
What should I do if my product arrives warm?
If your product arrives warm or has been exposed to high temperatures during transit, we recommend allowing it to return to room temperature before opening, handling, or administering it to your pet.
How should I store my product after opening?
After opening, store your product in a cool, dry place and follow any storage instructions provided on the product label.
For oils, we recommend storage between 55°F and 65°F (13°C–18°C) whenever possible to help maximize shelf life and maintain optimal product quality. However, storing oils at normal room temperature will not spoil the product or make it unsafe to use.
What if I notice changes to the product?
If you notice any unusual changes in the product’s appearance, odor, or consistency, or if you have concerns about its condition upon arrival, please contact our Customer Support team. We’ll be happy to review the situation and assist you further.
