We’ve partnered with TYB to offer an additional way for customers to engage with our brand and earn rewards — but don’t worry, your usual shopping experience isn’t changing.

Do I need TYB to shop or earn rewards?

No. TYB is completely optional.

You can continue to:

• Shop on our website as usual
• Earn and redeem rewards through our existing Pet Honesty Perks program

Nothing about our current rewards program has been replaced or removed.

What is TYB?

TYB is a separate community platform where you can participate in interactive activities and earn extra rewards.

These activities (called “challenges”) may include:

In return, you’ll earn coins that can be redeemed for rewards.

Why is TYB a separate app?
