If you've purchased products from our store on Amazon or our website, and find that your pet does not like them, or you have another reason for returning them, please note that our satisfaction guarantee covers you with the ability to return unopened products within 30 days of purchase. To begin the return process, reach out to us with your Order ID, the Lot # found on the packaging if available, the specific product, and flavor you wish to return.
We also recommend trying a few tips before deciding to return, such as crumbling the product into your pet's regular food or using peanut butter as masking. If none of these options work, we could potentially offer an alternative flavor or product to better suit your pet's preferences. Once we verify the details of your return request, we will provide you with a return label for the eligible products.

*We can only handle refund, return or replacement for orders through our Amazon store or our website. If you purchase from a retail store (Petco, Tractor Supply, Target etc.) you need to return through those retail channels. Likewise, if you purchase from Chewy, returns, replacements or refunds would go through Chewy.
