How do I return a product and what information do you need from me?Updated 5 months ago
If you are within 30 days from purchase from our Amazon site or our website and are not happy with your order you can reach out to us for a return. To proceed with a product return, we request the following information which allows us to address any underlying issues and improve our Quality Department's monitoring:
- Reason for Return:
- Please choose one: Pet Sick, No Results, Won't Eat, Quality Issue, Other
- Please send a short description:
- Order ID
- Lot # found on packaging
- Pet Honesty product name
- Flavor of product
It is important to include these details in your return request for us to provide the best possible assistance. *We can only handle refund, return or replacement for orders through our Amazon store or our website. If you purchase from a retail store (Petco, Tractor Supply, Target etc.) you need to return through those retail channels. Likewise, if you purchase from Chewy, returns, replacements or refunds would go through Chewy.
