What is the duration of the refund policy?
Our refund policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
What are the eligibility criteria for a return?
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received. Gift cards, discounts, and opened products are exempt. A receipt or purchase verification is required for the return process.
*We can only handle refund, return or replacement for orders through our Amazon store or our website. If you purchase from a retail store (Petco, Tractor Supply, Target etc.) you need to return through those retail channels. Likewise, if you purchase from Chewy, returns, replacements or refunds would go through Chewy.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact us through our Contact Form to request a return. We will provide you with a prepaid Return Shipping Label. Please do not send the purchase without this label.
What if my item is damaged or missing parts?
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons beyond Pet Honesty's control are exempt from being returned.
What happens after I ship the return?
After shipping, contact us for verification. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within 4-7 business days.
What if my refund is late or missing?
Refunds may take time to process. Check your original payment amount, contact your credit card company, and bank. If issues persist, reach out to us through our Contact Form.
Can sale items be refunded?
Sale items can only be refunded for the amount paid per the relative sale price.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are offered for defective, damaged, or unsatisfactory items. Contact us through our Contact Form, for a prepaid Return Shipping Label and include necessary details for inspection.
How do I return a product?
Contact us here, and we will send you a prepaid Return Shipping Label to print and attach to the product you are returning.
How can I track my return or exchange?
We will provide a reference number or tracking URL. For shipping status inquiries, contact us through our contact form here.
