Beginning May 19, 2026, as part of a system-wide update, our subscription shipping settings were brought in line with our standard store shipping policy. Orders under $50 now include a $4.99 shipping fee, while orders of $50 or more continue to ship free.

We understand this may be unexpected, especially if your subscription previously qualified for free shipping, and we truly appreciate your continued support.

If you’d like to continue qualifying for free shipping moving forward, you have a few options:

• Add additional product(s) to bring your order total over $50
• If you have multiple subscriptions, consolidate into one shipment to exceed the free shipping threshold
