If You Purchased from Chewy, a Retail Store, or a Retailer’s Website

For purchases made through the following, you'll need to contact that seller's customer service directly, as we don’t have access to their order systems or policies:

  • Retail store locations (e.g., Petco, PetSmart, Tractor Supply, etc.)

  • Retailer websites (e.g., Target.com, Petco.com, etc.)
